About Fluke
Fluke is a global leader in certification, troubleshooting and installation tools for professionals who install and maintain critical network cabling infrastructure. From installing the most advanced data centres to restoring phone service in bad weather, the combination of unbeatable reliability and unparalleled performance ensures jobs get done efficiently.
Inventive
Twenty-five years ago, Fluke Corporation initiated a new programme of innovation formed from carefully selected groups - the Phoenix Teams. All were given 100 days and $100,000 to do something extraordinarily simple: observe how customers work, analyse the problems they encounter, and turn those insights into new business ideas.
After spending several days with stressed-out network engineers, the original team had an epiphany: there was no easy way to determine whether network problems were related to hardware, software or cables. So they created a new way.
Today, troubleshooting complicated networks is made easier with products that provide deep network insights and uncover previously unseen problems.
