Quectel - LC79HALMD Ultra Compact Dual Band GNSS Module
The Quectel - LC79HALMD is an ultra-compact, DUAL-band GNSS module with dimensions of 10.1 mm × 9.7 mm × 2.4 mm, featuring a simultaneous multi-constellation GNSS receiver on two GNSS bands.
The LC79HALMD supports L1 and L5 bands for GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, BeiDou IRNSS and QZSS. This increases the number of satellites that can be involved in tracking and positioning, significantly reducing the multipath effect of tall buildings in densely populated urban environments, reducing signal acquisition time and improving positioning accuracy. In addition, the module's built-in LNAs and SAW filters serve to ensure better positioning in weak signal areas and harsh environments.
