With its hostless architecture, the xPico 600 can take over core IoT communication functions and reduce development effort in embedded systems. Depending on the product design, the platform can be used as a network co-processor to offload IoT communication from an existing embedded microcontroller, or as a wireless MCU with the provided SDK.
In addition, TruPort® Serial and TruPort® Socket technologies support integration into industrial communication architectures. Proprietary serial protocols, standard fieldbus protocols and TCP-, UDP- and TLS-based connections can be integrated into connected embedded systems.
