SBC or SOM – where do I start?
For evaluation and prototyping, with an SBC or development kit. For a series product in your own form factor, the route usually leads via a SOM with carrier board – ideally on the same processor platform, so software and findings carry over.
What distinguishes industrial platforms from hobbyist hardware?
Certifications (CE, FCC, UKCA), extended temperature ranges, documented lifecycle planning and professional BSP support – the criteria that make a platform ready for series production. Our portfolio can be filtered by exactly these attributes.
Are matching accessories available for the boards?
Yes – camera modules, displays, HATs and shields, connectivity expansions, cables, power supplies and enclosures are in the subcategories. Our FAE is happy to advise you on the selection for your platform.
