The Lantronix XSDR22000-01 XPress DR+ is an industrial serial-to-Ethernet device server with two serial interfaces (RS-232 via RJ45 and RS-422/485 via screw terminal) and two 10/100BASE-TX Ethernet ports with an integrated switch.
XPress DR+ Overview
The XPress DR+ connects serial devices such as PLCs, drives, barcode scanners or power equipment to Ethernet networks and allows remote configuration, monitoring and control of these devices. With SwitchPort+ technology, multiple devices can be cascaded from a single network connection.
Configuration and Features
- 2x RS-232 (RJ45) plus 1x RS-422/485 (screw terminal, 2- and 4-wire) serial interfaces
- 2x 10/100BASE-TX Ethernet ports with integrated unmanaged switch (SwitchPort+)
- Lantronix DSTNI-EX processor at 48 MHz with 256 KB SRAM and 2 MB flash memory
- Installable industrial protocols Modbus TCP and Modbus ASCII/RTU
- Power input via 9-30 VDC or 9-24 VAC, 2.3 watts maximum
- DIN-rail housing (35 mm) with IP30 rating, 15 kV ESD protection on serial ports and 2.5 kV Ethernet isolation
- Operating temperature range of -40 °C to +70 °C at 20 to 90% relative humidity

The device server is suited for connecting serial automation equipment to ERP and MES systems without disturbing existing control networks.
