A media converter changes the medium (copper↔fiber); an extender extends reach over existing lines. We clarify the need based on your link.

Which port combination fits?

This depends on existing cabling and target device (e.g. RJ45↔SFP). For SFP variants we include the matching transceiver.

Is PoE power possible?

Yes – depending on the device as PoE PD (powered) or PoE PSE (sourcing). Redundant power is available on chassis solutions.
