Nuvoton M2354 series
The microcontroller M2354KJFAE from Nuvoton belongs to the NuMicro® M2354 series and is based on Arm® Cortex®-M23. In addition to the integrated TrustZone® technology of the Armv8-M architecture, protection functions against attacks on cryptographic hardware accelerators and on voltage and clock inputs are also integrated. The M2354 series can be operated at a frequency of up to 96 MHz. The integrated 1 MBytes dual-bank architecture flash memory can support real-time memory reallocation to run the updated firmware version after successful firmware transfer. air update (Secure FOTA update).
