Product description

Developing smart IoT products and looking for a future-proof, space-saving all-in-one solution? The Qualcomm QCC74x is a highly integrated tri-radio chipset that combines Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, and IEEE 802.15.4 (Thread/Zigbee-ready) into a single component. Powered by a robust 32-bit RISC-V processor running up to 325 MHz with built-in DSP/FPU, 484 KB SRAM, and optional System-in-Package with up to 16 MB pSRAM and 8 MB NOR flash, QCC74x is perfect for high-performance, energy-efficient edge devices.

Its hostless FreeRTOS-based operation, open-source SDK (CodeLinaro), and VS Code IDE extension enable accelerated development. Whether used as a fully autonomous system or as a connectivity transceiver in a hosted architecture, this chip adapts seamlessly to your design. Streamline development, lower BOM cost – all with one powerful, scalable component.
