The Seco SD63-A641-1321-I4 is a factory-configured variant of the SBC-pITX-EHL Pico-ITX SBC (D63 product family) featuring an Intel Atom x6425RE quad-core processor, 16 GB LPDDR4 RAM, 64 GB eMMC storage and TPM 2.0 for the industrial temperature range.
SBC-pITX-EHL Overview
The SBC-pITX-EHL is based on the Intel Atom X6000E series as well as Intel Pentium and Celeron N/J series processors (codename Elkhart Lake) and uses the compact Pico-ITX form factor measuring 100 x 72 mm. The SD63-A641-1321-I4 variant is equipped with the Intel Atom x6425RE quad-core processor (1.9 GHz, 12 W TDP, with IBECC, integrated heat spreader and Time Coordinated Computing) along with 16 GB soldered-down LPDDR4 memory with in-band ECC and 64 GB eMMC storage.

- Manufacturer-rated industrial temperature range (-40 °C to +85 °C, measured at the SECO standard heatspreader)
