SOM-COMe-CT6-TGL-U CoM Module – Seco MD40-2000-2120-I1

Seco MD40-2000-2120-I1 is the industrial-grade variant of the SOM-COMe-CT6-TGL-U, a COM Express Rel. 3.0 Compact Type 6 module from the CALYPSO series (D40) featuring an Intel Core i7-1185GRE processor, IBECC memory support, an LVDS display interface, a 4-pin fan connector and TPM 2.0.

The module is based on 11th Gen Intel Core processors (codename Tiger Lake UP3) and is designed for applications requiring processing performance, integrated graphics and an industrial temperature range.

Note for Development

According to the manufacturer, the module can be combined with COM Express Type 6 carrier boards such as the CARRIER-COMe-T6-C30; actual carrier board compatibility should always be verified against current manufacturer documentation. For the stated operating temperature, the manufacturer specifies the use of a suitable SECO heatspreader.
