Nuvoton NuMicro M031TD2AE is low-voltage operation MCU based on Arm® Cortex®-M0 core with 32-bit hardware multiplier/divider. Operating frequency up to 48 MHz with 1.8V ~ 3.6V operating voltage, equipped 64 KB Flash and 8 KB SRAM. With its special designed performance such as 2 MSPS ADC, 96 MHz PWM, 24 MHz SPI, 6 MHz UART. It can be applied at industrial control and consumer applications, provide a fast and precise data conversion of the voltage, current and sensor data, and fast response control for the external device, such as the current/voltage feedback from motor control or sensing devices.
