Quectel RM520N Series – 5G Sub-6 GHz M.2 Module
The RM520N is an industrial-grade 5G module based on 3GPP Release 16, optimized for IoT and eMBB applications. It supports 5G NSA/SA, comes in an M.2 form factor, and is backward compatible with Quectel LTE-A and 5G modules for smooth migration.

It offers global coverage, integrated GNSS (GPS, GLONASS, BDS, Galileo, QZSS), and multiple interfaces (USB, PCIe) with drivers for Windows, Linux, and Android. Typical use cases include routers, gateways, laptops, tablets, video transmission, and digital signage.
