The SOM-Q7-EHL is a Qseven® Rel. 2.1 compliant Computer-on-Module by Seco carrying the manufacturer part number QD62-1430-3021-C4, equipped with an Intel® Celeron® J6413 (Quad-Core, 1.8 GHz, up to 3.0 GHz Turbo, 10 W TDP), 8 GB LPDDR4 RAM and 32 GB eMMC storage.

SOM-Q7-EHL Overview

The module belongs to Seco's D62 product family (ATLAS) and is based on Intel SoCs from the Atom x6000E as well as Pentium and Celeron N and J series, internally known under the codename Elkhart Lake. Highlights per manufacturer: Intel® Atom® x6000E Series and Intel® Pentium® and Celeron® N and J Series processors, an integrated Intel® Gen11 UHD Graphics controller with up to 32 Execution Units, and up to 16GB Quad-Channel LPDDR4 Soldered Down with IBECC. The variant QD62-1430-3021-C4 covered here ships with Celeron J6413, 8 GB RAM, 32 GB eMMC and eDP, DP and DP++ video outputs for the commercial temperature range.
