Product description
The SOM-Q7-EHL QD62-A430-5021-I4 from Seco is a Qseven Rel. 2.1 compliant Computer-on-Module (CoM) from the ATLAS (D62) series, featuring an Intel Atom x6425RE processor, 8 GB LPDDR4 RAM and 32 GB eMMC for the industrial temperature range.
SOM-Q7-EHL Overview
The SOM-Q7-EHL series is based on Intel Atom X6000E as well as Pentium and Celeron N/J SoCs (codename Elkhart Lake) and is built on the Qseven Rel. 2.1 form factor. The QD62-A430-5021-I4 variant uses the Intel Atom x6425RE (SKU10, quad-core, 1.90 GHz, no turbo, 12 W TDP) with Time Coordinated Computing (TCC) and Intel In-Band ECC (IBECC) for deterministic real-time performance.

Note for Development
Matching carrier boards such as the Carrier-Q7-D59 and the DEV-KIT-Q7-2.1 development kit are available for bring-up. Full Qseven Rel. 2.1 functionality, in particular the second SuperSpeed USB port, requires a compatible carrier board per manufacturer specification.
